Prices

All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before payment.

Quantity discount on bags, mixed bags included: 3 to 5 bags €1 per bag, 6 to 9 bags €2 per bag, 10 or more bags €3 per bag. Pallet purchases have reserved discounts: contact us.

Shipping

We ship throughout Italy, islands included, with the same rates based on total order weight: up to 50 kg €7.90, 51 to 100 kg €14.90, 101 to 150 kg €19.90, over 150 kg free shipping. Mash, Kalmash and E-Snack boxes ship free; if the order includes other products their weight is added to the total.

Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days from payment confirmation. We will contact you in case of delays.

Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe. The order is concluded when payment succeeds, confirmed by email.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by writing to info@halfhorsefeed.com. Products must be returned intact with sealed packaging, at the customer’s expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, with the same payment method. For hygiene and food safety reasons withdrawal does not apply to opened products.

Warranty and support

The legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code applies. If a product arrives damaged, report it within 8 days of delivery to info@halfhorsefeed.com or on WhatsApp at +39 379 176 3291, with a photo of the parcel.

Applicable law

The contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers the court of the consumer’s place of residence has jurisdiction. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
