Data collected and purposes

Contact, review and newsletter forms: first and last name, email, phone and message text, used to answer requests, publish reviews with the author’s consent and send the newsletter. Legal basis: request of the data subject and consent (art. 6.1 a and b GDPR).

Online orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone and any tax code or VAT number, used to process the order, ship the goods, issue tax documents and provide support. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations (art. 6.1 b and c GDPR).

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Card details are entered on Stripe’s page and never reach our website. Stripe’s policy: stripe.com/privacy.

Providers

The website relies on Vercel Inc. (hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery by email), Stripe (payments), Supabase (order storage), Google Analytics (statistics, only with consent) and the courier in charge of delivery. They process data only for the requested service. Some are based in the United States and transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

Retention

Contact request data is kept as long as needed to reply and no longer than 24 months. Order data is kept for 10 years as required by tax law. Newsletter subscriptions stay active until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@halfhorsefeed.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
